Integration of the popular HSK-A80 tool-holder into the 650X spindle housing delivers constant high speed with ultra low vibration and improves accuracy and rigidity. Rigid steel construction in one piece with the tool-holder also cuts the height of the unit.
The 650XHSK-A80 is a workhorse with up to 1.4 HP (1.04 kW) at 25,000, 30,000 or 40,000 RPM. In 24 hour operation the patented governed high speed 650X CNC spindle delivers constant high speed and torque under load with high reliability and accuracy. No duty cycle.
Automatically Load and Unload
All Air Turbine 650X HSK spindles can tool change automatically if the machine's air supply line has a minimum of 10 mm internal diameter through center air feed.
