601DIN30
the tools of a new generation™
Operate at governed 40,000 RPM to 90,000 RPM, while minimizing air consumption at 5 cfm / 2.3 liters per second airflow. This direct drive has only 2 moving parts which generates no heat, so there are zero thermal effects on accuracy. Get the finish you need with 2 micron ultra precision.
Just connect 90 psi (6.2 bar) dry clean air through your machine spindle to begin operation. Add the 601DIN30 to your CNC magazine for improved micro tool performance and productivity.
The 50 mm extended barrel allows for close work-piece operations or for work on machines with a short z-axis travel.
Automatically Load and Unload
Automatic loading available using through spindle air supply with the patented collar and block TMA assembly, or tool change without the TMA on certain machines that have an air blast line or coolant channel supplying a sufficient air flow volume.

Tool Changer Mounting Assembly - 601 & 602 Series
Automatically load the 601 and 602 series of Air Turbine Spindles® in your CNC machine with the patented wrap-around Tool Changer Mounting Assembly (TMA). The TMA block remains on the CNC spindle for normal tool changes, and does not interfere with the main spindle. This collar system allows CNC tool changers to automatically load/unload your Air Turbine Spindle®.
Drilling of mounting block holes required for universal blocks.
The Tool Changer Mounting Assembly is a factory installation
When purchasing a TMA for an already-owned spindle you must send your current spindle to us for the TMA to be installed.
