This Air Turbine Spindles® 650X unit delivers patented constant governed high speed operation under load cuts faster and cleaner - speeding up cycle times and achieving major savings.
Fewer moving parts means less vibration and less repairs. There are no gears or vanes to lubricate or burn up and the ceramic grease packed bearings are durable. Totally oil free operation eliminates work piece contamination and oil lubrication. Operates on 90 psi (6.2 bar) dry clean oil free air.
Automatically Load and Unload
All Air Turbine 650XL HSK spindles can tool change automatically if the machine's air supply line has a minimum of 10 mm internal diameter through center air feed.
